Biography
Patrick Hanniford is a Managing Director at B. Riley Securities with approximately 12 years of experience advising clients on public and private securities offerings, SPAC business combinations, and mergers & acquisitions. He has worked on successful transactions across the major Consumer, Crypto & Digital Assets, Diversified Industrials, and Technology verticals, with a particular focus on the mobility space.
Prior to joining B. Riley Securities, he held multiple roles within the
Treasury at Ford Motor Company.
Mr. Hanniford received his undergraduate degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown
University and his MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of
Michigan.
