Summer Internship

Our 8-week Summer Internship Program offers the unique opportunity to work directly with senior bankers on financial modeling, valuation, and strategic due diligence across M&A, offerings, private placements, SPACs, restructuring, and recapitalization. We have a client-facing, hands-on approach working on a variety of complex live transactions.

Summer Internships

Investment Banking: Our 8-week Investment Banking Summer Internship Program offers the unique opportunity to work directly with senior bankers on financial modeling, valuation, and strategic due diligence across M&A, offerings, private placements, SPACs, restructuring, and recapitalization. You'll work alongside accessible leaders who are experts in their fields, learning fast and getting real hands-on experience. It's a supportive, performance-driven environment where you're set up to grow and have fun doing it. A key objective of ours is to transition interns into full-time analysts the following summer, and we achieve this with a nearly 100% acceptance rate from interns offered permanent positions.

Research: Research's Summer Internship Program offers direct exposure to Sr. Analysts and team members on a full range of assignments and includes interaction with a variety of internal and external constituents. Projects span differentiated deep dive research, company coverage initiations, investor conference preparation, and a full range of modeling assignments spanning comparative analysis, financial statements, valuation, and price target determination. External interaction with your team could include public or private company executives as well as institutional investors. You'll partner and be mentored by a lead Analyst and other experienced team members and join in a range of development programs, gaining uniquely deep insights on what goes into research report production and related stock market insights. The collaborative team-oriented culture has in the past effectively converted participants into full time hires.

Sales & Trading: The Institutional Sales Summer Internship Program immerses participants in the dynamic environment of a live trading floor and institutional sales desk, positioning them at the intersection of banking, research, and trading. Interns engage with seasoned professionals who deliver the firm's investment strategies across its most expansive platform, gaining exposure to all six pillars of research and over 600 publicly traded companies. Through mentorship, they learn how research integrates with trading operations and how investment banking merges with research and trading to serve institutional clients nationwide.
